Describe your current role:

I call Radlett, a little-known village just North of London, home sweet home. For the past six years, I've had the immense privilege of leading the EMEA TA Search Team. We're a crack team of Talent Sourcers who specialise in headhunting top-tier talent for our business across the EMEA region. Sourcing isn't just a job for me; it's at the very core of my professional identity, and I have always loved “the chase” for great talent. I see our Search Team as frontline brand ambassadors, connecting the business with the crème de la crème of passive sales, technical and leadership talent. It's like matchmaking—minus the candle-lit dinners.

What inspires you the most at Dell Technologies?

Hands down, it’s the people I get to work with every day that inspires me the most. Learning from the brightest minds in my industry and being part of a company that is making a seismically positive impact on the world is a daily motivation. The passion, creativity, customer focus and drive of our team is both impressive as it is contagious. We share a dedication to our company's mission and values, fostering a culture were pushing boundaries and exploring new possibilities is not only encouraged, it’s an expectation!

What are some of your proudest accomplishments?

Professionally, I take a lot of pride in seeing my team members develop and thrive—it's extremely rewarding, and I am really proud of the work we do. One standout accomplishment is modernising how we track our progress and capacity within the team. Implementing new self-developed tools and processes helped us to streamline our workflow, anticipate and absorb future demand which enabled us to be more agile and responsive to the dynamic needs of our stakeholders.

Managing the team during large and demanding projects, especially when hiring multiple new team members with niche or specialist skills, has been a highlight. It's like orchestrating a symphony, ensuring everyone plays their part harmoniously. Juggling these intricate projects not only showcases our team's capabilities, but it also reinforces our ability to excel under pressure. It's during these high-stakes moments that the true strength and cohesion of our team shine brightest.

But my real pride comes from trying to be the best Dad I can to my three amazing children. Their achievements bring me a different kind of joy and pride that tops everything else in my life. It's the mix of professional wins, successfully navigating complex projects, and those special family moments that make me feel most accomplished, content, and ultimately grateful.
