Your New Hire Journey at Dell Technologies

1. Your onboarding journey starts once you have accepted your offer of employment at Dell!

2. You may be contacted by our third party vendor "HireRight" to provide required information/documents to complete your background check.

3. You will receive an email with the subject "Your action required: Please complete your onboarding tasks".

4. Log in to complete your required onboarding tasks as soon as possible prior to your start date (otherwise, this can impact your pay and benefits). Once finished, with a completion rate of 100%, you are all set until your start date occurs.

5. Before your start date, our IT New Hire Experience Team and your manager will be ordering your equipment and resources so you can be productive on day one!

6. On your start date, you may be required to complete government documents and/or manual paperwork with regular signatures (don't worry - in this case, our HR team will share relevant information prior to your start date)!

7. Your manager will contact you on your start date and discuss any business specific new hire training. They may also assign you a Dell Team Ambassador (Buddy) who can be a good resource for you as you navigate your new role.

8. On your first day, you will be provided a unique Welcome Guide as an application on your desktop which will guide you through your first 90 days of onboarding within Dell. We will ask you to provide your onboarding feedback through a survey.
