Who is eligible?

Dell’s Career ReStart Direct Hire Program welcomes participants into full-time, benefited positions, through a supportive, structured program that will help accelerate your transition back into the workforce.
The program is open to individuals who have met the desired criteria for the available roles and have been unemployed or underemployed for at least one year.
ReStart Returnship Program
Dell’s Career ReStart Returnship Program invites participants to engage in a 16-week paid returnship that provides training, professional development, and support in transitioning back into the workforce.
The program is open to individuals who have at least 5 years of professional experience and have been unemployed or underemployed for at least one year.
