What I especially like about my role is shaping the talent DNA by leading an

excellent team and guiding them toward achieving superb results!

I joined Dell 7.5 years ago as a recruiter in one of our branches in the Israel Research and Development (R&D) site. This branch was unique in that it included ten different BUs. Thanks to that, I learned a lot about our products, formed deep relationships with various teams, and built a strong network across the company. In addition to the R&D units, I stepped in to support the Sales and Services organization over the years and also covered for my manager while she was on maternity leave. Due to that, I gained exposure to leadership experience and loved it!

After returning from my second maternity leave, I had an opportunity for a promotion - to lead the Talent Acquisition (TA) team in Israel, which has been my role for the last 1.5 years. In my current role, I lead a team of six talented recruiters, and I am also involved in many local and global initiatives. For instance, I'm part of the Women in Action (WIA) Employee Resource Group (ERG) leadership in Israel and lead the "scholarship program," a fantastic initiative where we support students from diverse populations in their academic education. The students are giving back to the community by volunteering and encouraging technological education among this population. I am also highly involved in driving different activities through Mosaic ERG, promoting diversity and inclusion, and supporting other leadership activities.

At Dell, I can be myself and sharpen my skills daily. We have amazing people here that always support me when I need them. I always know that when I have an idea, I can take it forward and present it to my peers. During my career at Dell, I also actively participated in a variety of training activities that supported my career progression and soft skills. Being a mentor and a mentee is inspirational, and I am grateful for the opportunity to grow and empower others.

In my role today, I like the flexibility and the ability to balance work and personal life. I have two daughters (ages 6 and 3), and I can be a mother like I always dreamed of while serving in a leadership role with a local and global impact at the same time.

I encourage people to join us and be part of Dell Israel. We are creating a real impact on our society daily. We are collaborating with various organizations to promote positive change in the high-tech industry, and it is fulfilling to see how our efforts make a difference.

It's all about DELL people!
