Proposals Advisor

Provides direct support to sales efforts by managing the delivery of discrete deliverables to customers as well as providing leadership, assistance and advice to Sales pursuit teams from initial engagement contact through award. Works with cross functional organizations to create compelling, compliant and thorough offers.
Principal Accountabilities:
·         Provides potential customers response document with a thorough description of a proposed solution.
·         Identifies competitive advantages and value proposition of solution over competitor products/offerings.
·         Includes all necessary data for the customer to fully evaluate the proposal.
·         Facilitates end-to-end process; leads Stakeholders and resources to effectively respond to customer’s proposal requirements.
·         Facilitates and ensures appropriate governance is adhered to, and required approvals are obtained and archived.
·         Facilitate business /opportunity prioritization, maximizing usage of business resources to appropriate opportunities.
·         Captures, analyzes, and acts on win /loss information
