The Dell Security & Resiliency organization manages the security risk across all aspects of Dell’s business. You will have an excellent opportunity to influence the security culture at Dell and further develop your career. 

What you’ll achieve

As an intern on the Cybersecurity team within Dell’s Security & Resiliency Organization (SRO), you’ll be part of a global program designed to immerse you in the world of cybersecurity. You’ll collaborate with seasoned professionals, contribute to impactful projects, and build foundational skills.

This program offers:

• Hands-On Projects: Participate in cross-functional initiatives.
• Mentorship & Networking: Connect with Dell team members across the globe and receive guidance from a dedicated mentor.
• Structured Learning: Join weekly intern collaboration calls, technical and professional development training, and speaker series featuring SRO leaders.
• Showcase Opportunity: Present your summer project to the broader organization and demonstrate your impact.

Essential Requirements

• Demonstrated excellence in written and verbal communication across technical and non-technical audiences
• Foundational understanding of software development practices and core information security principles
• Ability to engage in meaningful dialogue with software engineers and cybersecurity professionals on technical topics
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage shifting priorities, track deliverables, and meet deadlines
• Proven analytical thinking, logical reasoning, and data-driven reporting capabilities

Desirable Requirements

• Current undergraduate student in a technology-related discipline

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is:

$20.70-$30.75 per hour depending on location.
