What you’ll achieve
As a Performance Engineering Automation Lead, you will design, define and implement complex system requirements for customers and prepare studies and analysis of existing systems.
You will:
- Architect and implement scalable, reusable, and maintainable automation frameworks for performance tuning and analysis .
- Design and lead the development of tools and dashboards for automated result collection, analysis, and reporting.
- Integrate performance testing into CI/CD pipelines to enable continuous performance validation
- Establish and enforce governance processes to ensure consistency across automation practices.
- Mentor junior engineers and establish best practices for performance benchmarking and automation strategies.

Essential Requirements
- 8 to 12 years of related experience with a bachelor’s degree or 6+ years with a master’s degree
- Proven experience in designing and implementing automation solutions.
- Experience with automation frameworks and strong programming skills in Python, Shell, Java, or C#.
- Expertise with tools like GitHub and Artifactory
- Proven ability to lead technical initiatives and mentor team members.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience with CPU/GPU/Power/Virtualization/AI performance benchmarking tools.
- Knowledgeable in AI-based techniques for enhancing automation
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $153,000.00 - $198,000.00.
