We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Field Marketing Manager to lead demand generation and growth initiatives across the India region. This high-impact role is central to driving Dell Technologies’ B2B marketing success, fostering cross-functional collaboration, and accelerating market share through innovative and data-driven campaigns.

What you’ll achieve
You will be responsible for shaping and executing marketing strategies that align with business objectives, engage key stakeholders, and deliver measurable outcomes. This role demands a visionary marketer with a strong grasp of regional dynamics, stakeholder management, and performance optimization.


You will Lead

  • Demand Generation: Develop and execute comprehensive strategies to drive lead generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth across India.

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution: Design and implement targeted campaigns and activities tailored to B2B audiences, leveraging insights and analytics.

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with APJC marketing teams, sales, and product groups to deliver integrated marketing solutions that support business goals.

  • Market Intelligence: Analyze market trends, customer behavior, and competitive landscape to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.

  • Performance Optimization: Continuously refining marketing tactics to enhance campaign effectiveness and ROI.

  • Executive Reporting: Deliver regular performance updates, insights, and strategic recommendations to senior leadership.

Essential Requirements

  • 13+ years of relevant experience in B2B marketing, with a strong track record in demand generation and campaign management.

  • Proven expertise in large-format events and campaign design.

  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data-driven decision-making. Exceptional stakeholder management and communication skills.

  • Ability to synthesize data into actionable insights and strategic recommendations. Critical thinker with strong problem-solving capabilities.

Desirable Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or business

  • Minimum of 5 years’ experience speaking/presenting to stakeholders
