Sr. Analyst, Competitive Intelligence (I6)

What you’ll achieve
As a Web Developer, you will be responsible for developing and supporting web applications using React and Node, with a focus on building scalable and secure solutions. You will work with Global Audit & Transformation Analytics teams on projects that enhance data accessibility, improve workflows, and enable actionable insights through modern webapp solutions. In this role, you will also contribute to ongoing modernization initiatives that strengthen GAT’s technology landscape and future readiness.

You will:

• Develop and Support Applications: Build, test, and maintain web applications and APIs using React and Node to meet business needs.
• Integrate and Enhance Solutions: Connect data sources and services into cohesive tools, adding features like dashboards and interactive components.
• Collaborate and Learn: Work with CI teams, designers, and engineers to deliver secure, user-friendly solutions while supporting modernization efforts.

Essential Requirements

• Proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript with at least one modern frontend framework (React/Angular/Vue).
• Basic backend knowledge using Node.js, Python, or Java frameworks.
• Experience working with REST APIs (GraphQL familiarity is a plus).
• Understanding of Git/GitHub and version control workflows.
• Knowledge of application security basics (authentication, access control).
• Problem-solving skills and ability to debug frontend/backend issues.

Desirable Requirements

• Exposure to microservices and cloud-native architectures.
• Familiarity with data visualization libraries (Chart.js, D3.js, etc.) and dashboard building.
• Awareness of DevOps practices and CI/CD pipelines.
• Basic understanding of containerization (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Awareness of data compliance requirements (GDPR, SOC, etc.).
