This requires an ability to research, analyze and synthesize complex subject matter and an understanding of how Dell Technologies datacenter products benefit our customers.

What you’ll achieve
As a PowerEdge Technical Content Developer, you will work with software developers, support teams, and other content developers to create important product content. This information enables Dell customers to manage and maintain their server devices so that they can keep their businesses running.
You’ll thrive here if you are curious, collaborative, willing to take ownership, and passionate about helping customers.
You will:
- Creating and revising customer-focused content for publications like user guides, security guides, reference guides, support documents, and release notes.
- Publishing content on multichannel platforms, including PDF documents, web pages, online help systems, and videos.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, incorporating feedback from stakeholders to ensure content meets company standards for accuracy, style, and consistency.
- Understanding project schedules, content management best practices, and information architecture processes in delivering high quality content for innovative Server products.

Essential Requirements
- Excellent written communication skills and the ability to analyze and simplify technical information.
- Experience with creating/maintaining customer-orientated documentation and familiarity with markup languages like DITA, XML, HTML, and Markdown.
- First-hand knowledge of Scrum development practices and familiarity with workflow tools like Jira and Confluence.
- Able to work both independently and in team environments, to solve problems effectively, and to work within tight deadlines.
- Demonstrates a strong sense of commitment, is able to learn quickly, and knows how to adapt to evolving circumstances and requirements.
Desirable Requirements
- Experience using AI tools to create, revise, and analyze, synthesize, and simplify customer-oriented content.
- Experience managing content using proprietary tools like Lightning KB and Oxygen and in formats like XML and Markdown.
