What you’ll achieve

As a Graduate Project/Program Manager, you’ll build the foundations of project leadership. You’ll gain hands-on experience in managing tasks, coordinating teams, and learning how to turn ideas into results.

You will:

• Take ownership of a defined project activity or support a module of a larger project

• Learn how to plan, track, and monitor project milestones and tasks

• Work with cross-functional teams to ensure priorities and resources align

• Develop problem-solving skills by navigating challenges and proposing solutions

• Gain exposure to senior leaders and learn how to communicate project updates effectively

Essential Requirements

• Strong communication and problem-solving skills

• Ability to work collaboratively within a team

• Curiosity, willingness to learn, and attention to detail

• Internship or project experience (academic or professional) that demonstrates leadership potential

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree (any discipline with interest in project management, business, or technology)
