We are looking for a Product Specialist to lead the sales strategy and business development for the Workplace Solutions Group (WSG) within most critical global accounts. This role is key in driving digital transformation and enhancing workforce productivity by delivering innovative end-user computing, security, and workplace management solutions.


You will:

·  Maintain account presence by providing a high value-added working relationship with senior customer personnel

·  Identify short and long-term sales opportunities (up to and beyond a semiannual cycle). Negotiate global contracts and bring customer requirements and Dell Technologies capabilities together

·  Gain share of wallet/spend across Dell Technologies WSG portfolio technology ( including PCs, workstations, mobility solutions, security, VDI, and managed services)

·  Maintain and create superior relationships with senior level executives and influential stakeholders to sustain a long-term relationship. Manage virtual internal team during entire global RFP’s

·  Act as a coach/mentor, provide customer/industry/market insight to internal leaders and cross-functional groups. Provide insight and thought leadership to senior/CXO leadership to position solutions that will positively impact the Customer’s business. Lead company- to-company relationships to develop competitive advantage.

Essential Requirements

·  Greenfield Acquisition strength, able and willing to open new customers for Dell and build first relationship. Strong track record of selling consultancy services or complex, managed projects and of building complex customer relationships

·  Very strong negotiation skills and financial strength. Highly proficient in creating and closing new sales acquisitions. Recognized internally and externally as a thought leader on Dell Technologies vision, mission, and portfolio

·  Relay customer feedback to assist with the future development and selling of Dell Technologies products and services

·  Being able to sponsor and institutionalize new and innovative ways of working in teams to meet customer needs/sales objectives. Expert level professional, complete understanding of Dell Technologies product and services portfolio

·  International travel availability and very high English level.
