What you’ll achieve
As a Senior Consultant, Product Design - IT, you will be responsible for driving the UX strategy and execution of Dell’s customer support experience. You will partner with senior business stakeholders, technology partners, and designers on a wide range of projects to ensure Dell provides a best-in-class support experience for its customers.

You will:
• Work with cross-functional teams to define product strategy and vision
• Oversee the entire design lifecycle from concept to final product
• Conduct generative and evaluative user research to inform design decisions
• Effectively convey design rationale to stakeholders

Essential Requirements
• 10+ years of related experience (“consulting” and “in-house”), including at least 3 years managing others
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Experience with agile delivery methodology
• Online portfolio 

Desirable Requirements
• Prior experience designing for customer support
• Experience working with global teams

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices.  The base salary range for this position:  $200,000 to $245,000
