What you’ll achieve
As a Human Resources Intern, you will be exposed to work assiginment between both campus recruitment and talent acquisition support. You will participate to assist in event planning and execution for campus recruitment campaigns, including online/offline events, livestreams, and job fairs. You will also perform tasks of varying complexity, requiring judgement with limited direct supervision.

You will:

• Coordinate with universities and student organizations to promote employer branding.
• Enhance candidate experience through the porcess of scheduling interviews, screening resumes, and managing communications.
• Support event logistics, promotion, and post-event reporting.
• Work on overflow tasks from various groups within the company  
• Participate in special projects as needed

Essential Requirements

• Currently pursuing a degree in Business, Human Resources, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Strong communication, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Detail-oriented with a proactive and collaborative mindset.

Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with LinkedIn and digital tools is a plus.
• Familiarity with Tech industry and AI trends is a plus.
