Our HR Generalists are at the heart of it all, playing an integral role in the organization. We lead the planning and implementation of high-value, quality human resources programs, practices and procedures for people at all levels. We’re also trusted to advise company leaders on HR policy and programs, recommending decisions in line with the company’s strategic direction.

Join us as an HR Generalist on our HR Rotation Program team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. 

What you’ll achieve

Our investment is for longer-term to develop you as the HR practitioners of the future. As such, our Global HR Rotational Program aims to give talented HR professionals the opportunity to experience 3 different types of HR roles over a period of 2 years to prepare you with the experience and expertise needed to succeed in your role.

Each 8 months you will:

Rotate to a new assignment that will be individually structured to leverage your academic experience to enhance your HR knowledge and create a personalized development plan best suited for you.

• Talent Acquisition

• Mergers & Acquisition

• HR Services Organization

• HR Business Partner

Every Dell Technologies team member brings something unique to the table. Here’s what we are looking for with this role:

Essential Requirements  

• Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology or relevant equivalent (graduates from 2025 or later)

• 1-2 years work experience in HR (or relevant) is preferred

• Fluent in English with excellent written and verbal communication skills

• Strong drive for results

• Effective team player and cross-functional contributor

Desirable Requirements  

• Ability to deal with ambiguity and learn on the fly in a fast-paced environment

• Self-directed and motivated; Passion for analytics

Salary starting from: 1 600 EUR monthly gross
