SMB Technical Sales Representative (for Switzerland with German)

What you’ll achieve
As a SMB Technical Sales Representative, you will be responsible for offering ISG solutions and providing ISG consultation while focusing on developing new accounts and expanding existing accounts.

You will:

• Be responsible for delivering the right technical solutions depending on customer’s needs and expectations

• Deliver on expectations in short/ long term targets and KPIs such as ISG revenue, ISG mix and pipeline management

• Be responsible for all ISG leads assigned and execute on time

• Work continuously on technical development and stay informed about latest industry trends

• Have knowledge about the market and competition in enterprise solutions and clearly articulate this to SMB customers and partners

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree in Business AND 3+ years of relational sales experience

• Excellent English and German communication skills, written and spoken

• Affinity for IT industry

• Experience in working with Microsoft suite and software including Salesforce.com and advanced knowledge of Enterprise technologies

• Basics experience in coaching and mentoring is an advantage and ability to share knowledge and experience in a structured way

Salary starting from: 1700 EUR gross fix pay + 600 EUR gross variable pay

Salary split: 70/30
