Help Dell Technologies customize solutions for customers with a role on our Solutions Principal team. On this team, you’ll guide the analysis, design and development of solutions for customers, provide technical support and direction to sales teams in the field and assure the compatibility of these solutions with customer systems and strategic business plans.

What you’ll achieve
Identify customer pain points and requirements, make the effective selling and winning strategy, development the competitive solution and proposal, and finally win the bidding. It’s NOT just a presales support that is requested by sales, you will be responsible for achieving the commitment of annul/quarterly consulting service sales quota for related service offering.
You will:
·Presales support: Provide technical support Taiwan and HongKong Consulting Sales (CSD) included: Technical seminar, requirements analysis, proposal, SOW, effort estimation, bidding, and use service presales tools needed for internal process. As service presales owner, leverage necessary internal or external technical resources.
·Service account management: Build at least one key account, and understand customer’s industry business, understand account organization and decision making structure. Build relationship/network with as much customer people in an account as possible, customer satisfaction management. Must have Call high ability.
·Internal interlock: Build relationship with internal cross-functions such as Account sales/Presales, product team, service delivery team, etc. Leverage resources needed to fulfill consulting service projects.
·Learning: Study and acquire skills that required by Corporate and manager to keep knowledge and skill up to date.

Essential Requirements
·Sales skill: Need have sales skills such as Consultative selling, Customer handling, negotiation, and account planning & management. Must have service selling experience in last 3 years.
·Soft skill: Good communication is mandatory, good presentation skill, ability to influence others to achieve results. Having manager/team leader experience is preferred.
·Consulting skill: Strong knowledge of IT consulting methodologies, such as IT strategy planning, Cloud planning & design, etc. Has rich experiences and strong knowledge to use methodologies and develop new methodologies.
· Technical skill: Big Data (Data Science, Data analytics, Data governance, Data warehouse) planning, design, and integration, has knowledge of Data architecture, MPP DB, Hadoop, Streaming, Memory computing, and other NoSQL skills. Must have 3+ years application development experience.
Desirable Requirements
·Cloud Application planning and architecture design, SOA, Micro service, PaaS technologies such as Docker, Cloud Foundry, must have 3+ years application development experience.
·AI project and open sources application integration experience is preferred.
