What you’ll achieve
As a Services Account Executive (SAE), you will proactively identify and solve customer business needs by providing subject matter expertise and creating solutions using Dell’s products and services.
You will:
• Strategic Sales & Account Management
Drive new business and manage sales targets for assigned accounts, leveraging industry insights to develop account plans and forecast revenue growth.
• Solution Architecture & Positioning
Architect and position Dell EMC’s full portfolio of Data Center, Cloud, and Application solutions, translating customer business challenges into strategic opportunities.
• Executive Engagement & Relationship Building
Build relationships with senior executives, understand business priorities, and deliver thought leadership to foster long-term strategic partnerships.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration
Lead cross-functional teams (sales, technical, solutions) to advance complex sales campaigns, facilitate workshops, and ensure solution alignment.
• Market Strategy & Differentiation
Analyze industry trends and competitor data to create differentiated service offerings, bundling products/solutions to maximize business opportunities.

Essential Requirements
• 5 to 8 years of related experience in a relationship selling role with good knowledge of technical products, vendors and families of technologies
• 5 to 8 years of field sales experience
• Good knowledge of product configurations
• Strong oral and written communication skills with customers, support personnel and executives
• Ability to develop account strategies, drive needs-based sales campaigns, and mentor internal teams on solution selling.
Desirable Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree.
• Deep understanding of IT landscapes (Data Center, Cloud, Applications) and ability to articulate Dell EMC's perspective on IT transformation
