What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Innovation Designer​, you will:

• Identify new opportunities by analyzing customer pain points and unmet needs, market trends and competitive gaps. Champion and present opportunities for consideration
• Explore futures, find and define new growth strategies and business opportunities related to emerging industry and technology trends
• Present concepts, solution and key findings to various stakeholders
• Collaborate with design, research and engineering team to rapidly conceptualize, prototype, and market validate new experiences, ideas and innovations

Essential requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Design, Graphic Design, Interaction Design or related filed.
• At least 6-8 years of experience in product design, innovation, or design strategy, with a proven track record of leading and delivering innovative design solutions.
• Demonstrating ability to design visual stunning, functional, and innovative design solutions, backed by an impressive portfolio
• Ability to synthesize and join the dots across different projects, sources, people to get to compelling opportunities
