What you’ll achieve
As a Technical Lead Engineer, you will be responsible for coordinating with various BIOS and firmware development teams throughout the end-to-end development lifecycle to deliver sophisticated systems and software based on the customer's business goals and general business environment, ensuring products are delivered on time with high quality

You will:

• You will coordinate across multiple BIOS and firmware teams, aligning technical execution with business goals
• You will manage dependencies, risks, and deliverables across projects for BIOS and firmware on Dell’s client products
• Identify and implement process improvements to enhance team efficiency and productivity
• Provide technical oversight, understanding architecture and platform-level impacts (e.g., BIOS, firmware, drivers)
• Facilitate Scrum Events: Daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, and retrospectives

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of relevant experience in operational strategy, scrum master, or related role within a technology or engineering organization, with a master’s or bachelor’s degree in engineering or related fields
• Knowledge or relevant deployment experience of the PC ecosystem with a focus in BIOS and embedded FW features for client products
• Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and storytelling skills
• Experience driving organizational change and managing cross-functional teams
• Familiar with software/firmware development process
