What you’ll achieve
As a Principal Python Developer, you will be involved in driving our data and analytics initiatives and deliver complex data workflows and provide guidance that strengthens our data and AI capabilities.

You will:

• Implement scalable Python solutions for data-intensive applications.

• Build efficient and reliable data structures, algorithms, and pipelines.

• Partner with stakeholders to transform requirements into actionable, data-driven solutions.

• Develop and deploy AI/ML-powered models and services to enhance automation and quality.

• Provide technical leadership, mentoring, and best practices to the team.

Essential Requirements

• 8–12 years of professional software development experience, with at least 5+ years in Python.

• Proven track record of delivering complex, data-intensive applications at scale.

• Strong expertise in data analysis, data structures, and algorithm optimization.

• Solid experience integrating Python with Power BI or equivalent BI platforms.

• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to influence technical direction.

Desirable Requirements

• Exposure to AI/ML workflows, tools, and frameworks (scikit-learn, TensorFlow, PyTorch).

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines for data workflows.
