 As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will be responsible for developing cutting-edge software while providing creative solutions based on our business needs.

You will:

• Design, develop, and lead complex software features across the agile lifecycle – from requirements and design to implementation, testing, and long-term support

• Improve our stability by troubleshooting and integrating smart solutions into existing components

• Drive adoption of best practices, mentoring peers, and influencing technical direction across teams

• Design and implement algorithms to optimize performance, scalability, and reliability

• Experiment with and integrate emerging AI infrastructure and frameworks into the development workflow to boost productivity and innovation

Essential Requirements

• 12+ years of hands-on experience with one or more of the following: storage, device drivers, databases, networking, embedded software/firmware development, Linux

• Expert-level programming skills with proficiency in C/C++ and Python

• Great team player with the ability to work independently when required

• Background in AI infrastructure or tools (e.g., RAG, MCP, LLMs, fine-tuning, orchestration)

• Background in high-performance networking or storage technologies, including RDMA, NVMe, and related protocols

Desirable Requirements

• Strong knowledge of storage systems data-path, with experience in Linux kernel development or device drivers

• Experience in agile methodologies
