Program Manager supporting F-35 Joint Program Office

Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to support operational test and evaluation within the F-35 Joint Program Office. You will support administration, validation and performance of systems in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. This role is vital to ensuring the successful advanced testing and integration efforts for the F-35 platform while also contributing to business development efforts that expand program capabilities and partnerships.

What you’ll achieve

You will lead a team of system administration and maintenance engineers of test-related hardware and software systems, ensuring operational readiness, cybersecurity compliance, and configuration control.

You will:

• Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to F-35 test environments
• Manage and execute complex projects and programs within the F-35 Joint Program Office, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering and Dell and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and testing of systems
• Monitor and apply financial controls to ensure program delivery meets defined revenue and budgetary objectives
• Interface with government and contractor personnel to ensure alignment with program goals and technical requirements
• Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and fostering relationships with government and industry stakeholders
• Provide strategic input to expand program scope, work with Dell Sales team and engineers to improve technical offerings and align with future defense priorities

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $137,700– $178,200.
