What you’ll achieve
As a PrincipalSystems Development Engineer, you will be responsible for Strategizing Enterprise System Test for PowerEdge or equivalent Programs and day job will involve to Plan, Strategize, Execute, Test Deliver and Report defects as well as script automation/snippets to enable faster test execution. The incumbent will own all technical and process artifacts for the team and drive new technologies and workload changes into the new Platform programs.

You will:

Create/Contribute to the Test plan/Test Strategy of Offer Test Team by creating new use cases based on customer usage model and implementing PPAs.

Test Strategy ownership for all current and new technologies and its implementation via real workloads.

Working with Validation Architect in strategizing, p lanning and test Execution.

Working with Development & Validation teams located across geographies to drive test goals.

Driving and delivering Automation for the Program undertaken and working with Automation lead to getting it implemented.

Essential Requirements

Strong System and in-depth technical knowledge of ServerArchitecture (BIOS, CPLD, BMC, Memory), Storage Domain (SAN, NAS, NVMe, SAS, SATA), Networking (FC, FCoE, ISCSI, TCP/IP), GPU, DPU AI/ML Workloads, Networking and Server Operating system(Ubuntu 22.02, Windows 2019,2022 Red hat RHEL 8.0 or Suse, ESXi 6.5, 6.7, 7.0) knowledge

Minimum 8-11 years of relevant experience

Delivering as a Test Execution Engineer & proven expertise in working with Development teams

Understanding Program Requirements/Scope to define a workable plan for the program e.g. effort estimation, hardware/infrastructure requirement

Strong logical and creative problem-solving skills, good oral and written communication skills, and excellent analytical skills

Desirable Requirements
•Bachelor's or master's degree

•Solid understanding of Testing domain and tools especially in latest AI/ML emerging technologies, along with Automation languages, python and Perl
