What you’ll achieve

As a Regional Paid Search Senior Manager, you will be responsible for developing and overseeing the regional paid search media strategy while ensuring alignment with global goals. You will work with regional teams and agencies to innovate search strategies, optimize performance, and lead the regional team to success. 

You will: 

• Lead the development and execution of the regional paid search strategy. 
• Guide the team to align search media planning with overall marketing objectives. 
• Manage regional paid search budgets effectively. 
• Oversee campaign implementation and optimization to maximize ROI. 
• Collaborate with global teams and vendors to ensure localized execution of global strategies.

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field with 10+ years of experience in Paid Search Campaigns
• Fluent English, including the ability to communicate effectively both verbally and in writing. 
• Proven professional experience in paid search media planning and buying, expertise in tools like SA360, Google Ads and Bing Ads. 
• Proven leadership experience with regional or global search media teams. 
• Strong analytical and decision-making skills. 

Desirable Requirements

• Up-to-date knowledge of search engine marketing trends and tools. 
• Advanced project management skills with a focus on collaboration. 

Salary starting from: 5 100 EUR gross/monthly
