Program Manager supporting F-35 Joint Program Office
Dell Technologies is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Program Manager to support operational test and evaluation within the F-35 Joint Program Office. You will support administration, validation and performance of systems in a high-tempo, mission-critical environment. This role is vital to ensuring the successful advanced testing and integration efforts for the F-35 platform while also contributing to business development efforts that expand program capabilities and partnerships.

What you’ll achieve
You will lead a team of system administration and maintenance engineers of test-related hardware and software systems, ensuring operational readiness, cybersecurity compliance, and configuration control.
You will:
- Troubleshoot and resolve system-level issues related to F-35 test environments
- Manage and execute complex projects and programs within the F-35 Joint Program Office, including planning, budgeting, and stakeholder engagement
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Sales, Engineering and Dell and customer stakeholders to ensure seamless integration and testing of systems
- Monitor and apply financial controls to ensure program delivery meets defined revenue and budgetary objectives
- Interface with government and contractor personnel to ensure alignment with program goals and technical requirements
- Support business development initiatives by identifying new opportunities, contributing to proposal development, and fostering relationships with government and industry stakeholders
- Provide strategic input to expand program scope, work with Dell Sales team and engineers to improve technical offerings and align with future defense priorities

Essential Requirements:
- Proven track record in complex project and program management within a defense or aerospace environment
- Ability to manage cost, schedule, and performance across a highly matrixed team of system administrators to ensure contractor performance and maintenance challenges are overcome
- Enables informed decision-making and effective communication with engineers and developers
- Ability to assist with recruiting and onboarding, including obtaining the appropriate program level access for each team member
- Ability to evaluate and guide modernization and sustainment initiatives
- Strategic thinking to develop and communicates a clear roadmap for program success
- Fosters a culture of accountability, innovation, and collaboration.
- Willing to travel at least 25% (more travel may be initially required)
Desirable Requirements:
- Experience working directly within a Program Office or Joint Program Office (JPO)
- Familiarity with F-35 mission systems, flight control architecture, and data acquisition tools
- Technical acumen with USAF test and evaluation avionic electronics systems across platforms, including F-35
- PMP or equivalent certification
- Active Top Secret clearance
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $137,700– $178,200.
