SUMMARY
Responsible for planning, communicating, coordinating and performing adversarial simulations (Red Teaming), security assessments and penetration tests on company products and services, applications, systems, facilities and the enterprise. Documents security vulnerabilities & recommendations for leadership review. Performs manual assessments and penetration tests and validates findings. Develops automation and prototypes for replicating vulnerability validation and penetration testing. Develops processes for, and architects all penetration testing, adversarial simulation and security assessment methodologies. Performs security research to remain current on emerging technology trends and develop plans to mitigate disclosed and undisclosed vulnerabilities

ACCOUNTABILITIES
• Uses automated and manual security assessment techniques, and a variety of data sources including externally-reported vulnerabilities in products and applications, to drive remediation actions across all technology layers. Daily undertakings often include adversarial simulation (Red Teaming), security assessments, penetration testing, internal business partner engagement, and cross-functional partnership with other cybersecurity subject matter experts. Often requires the ability to prioritize multiple findings based on risk, business impact, and level of effort to remediate."

Requirements

• 2 years or more of consulting experience in the field of information security and cyber security or 5 years or more of business experience in the field of information security and cyber security
• Experience in security assessment, security governance management, CSIRT construction, incident response, vulnerability management/desk training/information security education, system operation and maintenance, etc.
• Experience in understanding and utilizing the following security frameworks
• ISO27001/2, NIST CSF, NIST SP800 series CIS critical security
• Fluent in Japanese
• Delivery in complex customers
• Business level English
