What you’ll achieve

Work with software developers and product teams to create important content that enables users and developers to use game changing technologies. The information we provide helps Dell customers set up and manage their products so that their businesses and data centers can thrive.

You’ll flourish here if you are curious, collaborative, willing to take ownership, and passionate about helping customers.

You will:

• Work closely with engineers and other stakeholders to clarify requirements, to gather information, and to transform complex technical data into easy-to-use instructions.
• Develop clear, accurate content that helps customers use complex enabling technologies and datacenter products.
• Create and manage document workflows while following content standards, styles, and best-practices.
• Proactively solve problems and think of new ways to deliver better content to help customers flourish.

Essential Requirements

• 4-5 years of experience within a content development environment, working in fast-moving cross-functional team environments, with demonstrated problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and requirements.
• Top-notch writing skills and a demonstrated ability to meet project milestones while working either independently or collaboratively
• Experience working within an Agile/Scrum environment using tools like Jira to plan content development based on features, Epics, and stories.
• Experience with API content development using tools such as Github and Markdown editors.
• Familiarity with using AI tools and prompt-based queries for develop technical content or media.

Desirable Requirements

• Familiarity with video content production in areas like script-development and video screen capture.
• Experience with enterprise datacenter products - particularly servers - and an understanding of datacenter operations
