What you’ll achieve
As a Commercial Product Operations Senior Analyst, you will collaborate with our customers to define business requirements while providing solutions and tools that strengthen business processes. You will define objectives based on end-user needs and identify the organization's strengths, finding ways to maximize opportunities and improve business processes.

You will:

• Manage SPIKE, Ariba, FSR, and ServiceNow requests to support order processing and operational efficiency
• Maintain and update the Budget/Purchase tool to ensure accurate tracking and reporting
• Participate in special modernization projects to drive innovation and process improvement
• Request and process vendor funding to support business initiatives and ensure timely execution

Essential Requirements

• Master's Degree in Marketing or Trade Management and 2 to 5 years of related experience
• Solid grasp of business processes and baseline knowledge of CSG products
• Proficiency in knowledge management applications and tools
• Decent experience with Ariba and SAP

Desirable Requirements

• Basic project management skills

Salary starting from: 1 608 EUR gross/monthly
