What you’ll achieve
As a Marketing Data Privacy & Compliance Specialist, you will be part of the Customer Data organization. The Privacy Specialist plays a key role in global compliance with Dell privacy programs by serving as the first and primary contact with the Dell business stakeholders that handle customer data regarding privacy matters. Tasked with operationalizing and sustaining data privacy requirements and leveraging a functional understanding of data usage across products and teams, you will work with the Privacy Legal Team to implement legal requirements for new products, technologies, features, campaigns, and processes.
You will:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for Marketing stakeholders on privacy-related inquiries, providing timely and thorough responses
- Advise and support Marketing teams in the design and implementation of new technologies, products, processes, and vendors
- Review marketing requests and materials for compliance with global legal standards, regulations, and internal policies, and draft guidelines related to Marketing Privacy activities.
- Collaborate with key business stakeholders to complete Privacy Consults (PCs) and partner with the Legal organization to assist Marketing stakeholders with Privacy Impact Assessments (PIAs).
- Communicate effectively to represent compliance positions and requirements while moving forward the best interests of the business, balancing risk with business objectives

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in law AND over 2 years of experience in privacy and compliance
- Experience working on privacy compliance programs
- Strong understanding of business and technology trends, based on experience from the technology sector
- Familiarity with privacy regulations such as GDPR, CCPA, etc.
Desirable Requirements
- IAPP CIPP certification(s)
Salary starting from: 1 750 eur brutto / month
