Our Solutions Architecture team within Professional Services are experts in package customization and integration as well as total, end-to-end solutions in targeted industry segments. After thorough consultation with our customers and careful analysis, we develop new IT systems or replace existing systems that support customers’ strategic, operational and financial goals.

As a solutions architect on our team responsible for infrastructure, you will have the following key responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities

• Assists Solution Architects in the development of environments for proof of concept projects, product demonstrations, technical product articles and documentation that are part in the successful conclusion of sales.
• Under moderate supervision, applies varied technical and business skills and develops experience in IT solution creation and delivery with increased business acumen.
• In addition to Innovation lab projects, contribute towards team goals by delivering assigned project activities on schedule.
• Responsible for the maintenance of showcases and troubleshoots any technical issues that occur.
• Contributes to the Management and Inventory Control of the Customer Solution Center

Essential Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a technical course or equivalent - must be graduated/ graduating in 2025
• Base Operating System Install /Admin
• Scripting skills
• TCP/IP/Ethernet, Virtualization, Storage, File/Block concepts
• KNowledge of workloads, eg databases, VDI
• Passion for IT
• IT Troubleshooting skills
• Excellent team working capability
• Fluent English, excellent communication skills

Desirable Requirements

• Perl/Python/R scripting skills
• Programming and development skills
