What you’ll achieve

As a client engineer you will be responsible for managing the client IT infrastructure and environment, you will be involved in troubleshooting complex problems, working on priority incident resolutions and maintaining the client’s IT infrastructure. You will work with multiple resolver groups within the Managed Services teams to ensure incidents are root caused and resolved.  

The Global Remote Delivery Team (EUC) operates in the Application Services and Infrastructure Migration space with the delivery teams spread across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Malaysia.  Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop Application Packages, ensure compatibility with all the latest releases of Microsoft Windows (Client and Server) OS and assist customers in the consolidation and migration of their Infrastructure environments.  

The Global Remote Delivery Team is looking for an Application Packaging & Client Engineers who will be responsible for working on the Application Packaging and Infrastructure Services Projects, assisting with creation of packages on MSI, App-V, ThinApp, MSIX as well as assist with any of the Infrastructure Migrations.

You will:

• SCCM\ Intune support and management activities (Incident and Request for end users)
• Assist with application packaging requirements (MSI, App-V, MSIX, PSADT) & deployment
• Mobile Device Management, onboarding, registration, offboard, assist with Active Directory and Entra task (Roles, Groups, Access, DNS etc)
• Contribute to Azure Infrastructure Activities.
• Follow & update corporate workflows for Quality Check & Runbooks

• 2-4 years of related experience in a professional role with a Bachelor’s degree, good Understanding of Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11)
• Good Understanding & experience with SCCM, Intune\MECM Concepts.
• Understanding of Azure Infrastructure (Intune, Entra)
• Good Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell)
• Expertise on Windows Installer Technologies & App Virtualization Technologies

Desirable Requirements:

• Exposure to M365 technologies Office Suite, Team, SharePoint, OneDrive and other Productivity & Collaborative platforms.
• MSCE or similar certifications
