What you'll achieve
As a Demand Planner you are responsible for driving Collaboration, Planning, Forecasting, and Replenishment (CPFR) by leveraging analytics and working closely with the customer, sales, merchandizing regional supply planning and logistics.
We are looking for someone who can identify, communicate and manage account risks, make quality, informed decisions, effectively cope with change, maneuver within the account and business to engage the right people, has strong quantitative skills and strong written and verbal communication.
You will:
• Forecasting & Planning
- Build monthly distribution demand plans for commercial notebooks and desktops.
- Manage demand plans across product and customer lifecycles.
• Collaboration & Analytics
- Monitor and analyze customer inventory and sales data.
- Collaborate with sales, merchandising, regional supply planning, and logistics.
• Risk & Opportunity Management
- Identify and manage account risks.
- Recommend marketing opportunities aligned with business goals.
- Analyze gaps to plan and evaluate impact to targets.

Essential Requirements
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Logistics, Finance, or a related field.
- Professional certifications (e.g., APICS CPIM, CSCP, or SCOR) are highly valued.
- 6+ years in demand planning, supply chain, or inventory management.
- Ability to influence internal and external stakeholders across diverse cultures in EMEA.
- Proven experience in CPFR, S&OP, and customer-facing planning roles.
- Familiarity with EMEA distribution channels, regional market dynamics, and customer behavior.
- Experience with planning and forecasting tools
- ERP systems knowledge and reporting tools like Power BI or Tableau.
- Experience with developing and implementing channel strategies and account support plans
- Strong quantitative skills for analyzing sales trends, inventory levels, and forecast accuracy.
- Ability to develop and refine statistical forecasting models.
- Experience with managing complex account issues and resolutions
- Experience with facilitating and leading account meetings
- Excellent interpersonal skills to work with customers, sales, marketing, finance, and logistics teams.
- Fluency in German and English language
