Dell Video and Media Production Undergrad Intern

What you’ll achieve
This role will contribute to the development of training for Dell Technologies Services, their partners and customers. Courses in the curriculum will include both classroom (ILT and Online ILT) and self-paced (eLearning and Video ILT) training. Focused in developing expertise and skills in media development, video production, video post-production, and live production, this individual will work within project teams to ensure that videos are creative, accurate, and relevant. This individual will need to be self-motivated and contribute in cross-functional, dynamic project environments.
You will
- Create and deliver video and other media products that are incorporated into training courses to internal and external customers. This drives critical business outcomes.
- Interact with team members, functional organizations, partners and customers to gather specifications for video projects.
- Engage in project types typically pre-recorded, live to tape, and post-production editing.

Essential Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a preference in Media or Fine Arts related fields. Expected graduation Dec 2026 or May 2027
- Solid problem solving and troubleshooting skills
- Comfortable following standard practices and procedures in analyzing situations or data from which answers can be readily obtained
- Must be enrolled in school following internship to qualify
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The pay range for this position is $16.70-$26.57
