What you’ll achieve
As a Customer/Technical Training Analyst, you will delivering, designing, authoring or editing advanced level e-learning, web-based, blended and classroom curriculum to a variety of audiences.

You will:

·Ensure effective delivery of training and solutions to support the highest competence given the level of knowledge and skills required.

·Deliver and design innovative methodologies to keep learners engaged in platforms like Zoom, Microsoft Teams or Adobe Connect

·Works on assignments where considerable judgment and initiative are required in resolving problems and making choices, recommendations, or decisions

·Partners with the business and subject matter experts to assess and customize training based on current and future needs

Essential Requirements

·Bachelor's Degree inBusiness Administration, Marketing or a related field

·Productivity and excellent communications skills

·Critical thinking and problem-solving skills

·Apply analytical skills to evaluate and interpret complex situations/ problems using multiple sources of information

Desirable Requirements

·Extend capabilities by working closely with senior staff/experts within and outside the internal organization

·Regularly interact with colleagues generally up to senior level management
