What you’ll achieve
As an Affiliates Analytics Lead, you will play a crucial role in collecting, analyzing, and sharing insights around our quarterly plans and weekly/quarterly performance to ensure continued regional business growth.

You will:

• Develop and implement new processes for gathering various data points related to Affiliates performance, analyze large sets of data covering all key regions.
• Establish, track and report on weekly & quarterly KPI's, such as spend, revenue, & visits to Dell.com.
• Proactively share in-quarter and future period recommendations based upon insights gained.
• Coordinate communication to both regional/global marketing and sales stakeholders.
• Engage with our agency to discover future opportunities for analysis and recommendations.

Essential Requirements

• Master's degree in Marketing, MassMedia Communication or Data Management with 3+ years of proven working experience within an Affiliate marketing agency
• Fluent English language (C1)
• Proven ability to consolidate and manage data from multiple sources, automate outputs, and generate actionable insights.
• Strong knowledge of marketing ROI measurement and reporting techniques.
• Analytical mindset for simplifying complex data for decision-making and excellent communication and stakeholder management skill

Salary starting from: 2 800 EUR gross/monthly
