STEM Aspire es un programa de mentoring pensado para ti, diseñado para empoderarte, conectarte con profesionales del sector y ayudarte a dar los primeros pasos hacia tu carrera profesional en tecnología.

¿Qué es STEM Aspire?

Es una iniciativa de Dell Technologies que conecta a estudiantes universitarias como tú con profesionales de nuestro equipo. A través de sesiones de mentoring personalizadas, conocerás cómo es trabajar en el sector tecnológico, recibirás orientación sobre tu desarrollo profesional y ampliarás tus horizontes.

¿Qué te ofrece el programa?

• Mentoring personalizado: sesiones mensuales con un/a mentor/a de Dell (virtuales o presenciales) adaptadas a tu disponibilidad.

• Formación exclusiva: acceso a webinars y talleres sobre tecnología, habilidades interpersonales (soft skills) y desarrollo de carrera.

• Networking real: conecta con otras mentees, mentores/as y profesionales de Dell a través de eventos y formaciones.

• Preparación para el futuro: recibe apoyo para crear un CV impactante, preparar entrevistas y descubrir cómo aplicar a prácticas o programas para recién graduadas en Dell.

¿Quién puede participar?

• Estudiantes universitarias matriculadas en carreras STEM (Ciencias, Tecnología, Ingeniería o Matemáticas).

• Con ganas de aprender, crecer y construir su camino en el mundo tech.

• No se requiere experiencia previa: ¡solo curiosidad, motivación y compromiso!

• Qué esperas aprender o lograr durante esta experiencia.

• Participación activa y compromiso con las sesiones y actividades.

• Asistencia a las formaciones y eventos (siempre compatibles con tu ritmo académico).

• Reuniones mensuales con tu mentor/a durante la duración del programa.
