Global Programmatic Media Consultant

The Global Programmatic Media Consultant is responsible for operating as Dell's Programmatic subject matter expert, interfacing with the media agency and internal stakeholders to set global guidance and best-in-class end-to-end programmatic campaign executions.

The Global Performance Marketing team is responsible for the execution of full-funnel programmatic and digital media, alongside paid search, affiliate marketing, and SEO management.

What you’ll achieve
As a Field Marketing Consultant, you will evaluate business opportunities for ways to positively impact brand equity, business sales and profitability. You will also build strong team dynamics, clear up ambiguity and influence the highest levels of the organization.

You will:
•Responsible for being the resident expert on all things programmatic media activations. 
•Setup ever-evolving Global programmatic best practice standards and executions for full-funnel executions in Connected TV, OLV, Streaming Audio, DOOH, Digital Display and more. 
•Manage global Joint Business Partnerships with key programmatic partners. 
•Set forward thinking test & learn objectives, strategy, framework, and deployment structure.
•Evaluate programmatic tech stack and provide internal perspective on evolution potential. 
•Oversee performance of campaigns, analyzing trends across initiatives to determine optimization opportunities. 
•Aid development and education across team members of programmatic ecosystem and capabilities.

Essential Requirements
•8+ years of related experience in a programmatic ads management function
•Minimum of 5 years’ experience participating in 360 full-funnel omni-channel marketing campaigns.

•Hands-on programmatic trading experience in major DSPs such as DV360, The Trade Desk, Amazon DSP. 
•Knowledge of Marcom process - from creative development to in-market delivery.
•Exceptional project and time management skills, with a strong attention to detail and capability to juggle multiple programs

Desirable Requirements

•Experience in managing large-scale marketing campaigns with varying KPIs. 
•Experience in assembling and presenting programmatic/digital media performance to clients/executives.
•Strong MS Excel skills and experience with reporting and data analysis


Compensation Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $147,050- $190,300.
