2025 Campus Global Buyer Planner

Working in an environment that’s as complex as it is critical, our Buyer team within Materials and Procurement manages a group of indirect categories, such as real estate, marketing material, supplies or software. We use our in-depth knowledge and experience to develop strategic relationships with external suppliers as well as with key stakeholders. Our role also includes leading contract negotiations, managing risk, driving cost-saving initiatives and implementing strategic sourcing best practices.

What you will achieve
As a Global Buyer-Planner, you will be responsible for planning, obtaining materials, components, and developing and administering improvement programs. You will work with procurement team on material planning programs.
You will
- Responsible for planning, obtaining materials, components.
- Plan and release purchase orders to secure materials and services on an "as needed" basis.
- Coordinate purchasing activities with manufacturing and engineering departments to maintain inventory at planned levels.
- Maintains accuracy of procurement database, and material return to suppliers on a timely basis.
- Develop and administer improvement programs.

Essential Requirements:
- Willing to work in a global environment, flexible working schedule as partners in different time zone, understand culture difference.
- Fluent English oral and writing skills, strong communication skills.
- Demonstrated logical thinking and innovative thinking.
- Can work under pressure.
- Fresh graduate between 2024.6 and 2025.7
