Successful applicants will receive a link to complete a short interview ​

Engagement with your mentor once a month (can be online, hybrid or face-to-face) for 6 months from February 2025 to July 2025 ​

Participation in events run by the program (onsite opening ceremony, 9 training session on topics “Technical Skills, Personal Branding, Soft Skills'' and the closing ceremony)​

70% attendance of sessions is required to receive certification (100% = approx. 20 hours, events + mentoring) ​
