What you’ll achieve

As a Business Intelligence Sr. Specialist you will be helping to drive the performance of Dell Service Partner (DSP) Operations within the Field Services (FS) in the EMEA Market Region. Business analyst activities include analyzing FS metrics data, generating FS reports, identifying gaps in procedures & processes and driving improvements in collaboration with FS partner management & project team.

You will:

• Perform regular analysis of partner operations KPI data, with a primary focus on Repeat dispatch rates (RDR) metric;

• Generate and refine reports using FS data;

• Provide and present internal updates on KPI performance;

• Identify and drive improvements in FS procedures and processes based on the data analysis;

• Collaborate with EMEA FS Partner managers & Project managers

Essential Requirements

• Graduated from University in 2025, preferably in IT related field

• Structured and analytical thinking, organized work approach, good time management,

• Experience with MS Office applications- advanced Excel (Pivot Tables, Macros, Formulas), Word, PowerPoint and PowerBI skills

• Fluent in English (verbal and written);

• Good communication and presentation skills;

Desirable Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year experience in driving Operations in IT Services

• Knowledge of SQL, Python or other programming language is a plus

Salary starting from: 1700 EUR gross monthly
