Marketing Development Program - 2024/2025 Graduates

Dell is seeking innovative and motivated Undergraduate students to support Dell marketing efforts in order to use technology to transform how we live and work! If this interests you, and you are about to graduate or have recently graduated, consider joining DELL’s Marketing Development Program (MDP).

Join us on our Marketing Development Program team in Bratislava to do the best work of your career and make a profound social impact. This two year program offers: 

• Four, 6-month rotations which allow you to engage in meaningful project work, build a strong foundation of marketing knowledge and gain exposure to different areas of a complex, cutting-edge marketing organization

• Rotational opportunities will range from positions in core marketing groups such as: global event marketing, global communications, social media, digital marketing, brand and creative, advertising, field and partner marketing and more.

• MDP also provides substantial skill development, presentations, conferences and mentoring as well as extensive networking opportunities to provide participants the skills needed for a long Dell Marketing career

• Upon completion of the program, participants are integrated into the business with a greater understanding of DELL, the technology industry, and experience within a large marketing organization

What you’ll achieve

This unique program provides you with the support you need to forge a successful career in marketing at DELL. Throughout your two years you will:

• Gain a strong understanding of various marketing functions

• Collaborate with different groups both within and outside the marketing organization

• Engage in a comprehensive career development enrichment and customized training

• Make a difference in your community through MDP-led community involvement projects

• Be challenged, be creative, become a valued team member and have fun!

You will:

• Manage a variety of marketing-focused projects and team work; develop collateral and assets for product launches

• Write customer success stories as well as press releases; participate in industry trade shows and partner events

• Manage lead generation programs for sales and resellers

• Conduct market research, performing gap analyses and presenting recommendations to executive management

• Perform competitive analyses and market analyses

Essential Requirements

• 2024/2025 graduate (preferably in Marketing)

• Analytical skills, interest in research, information gathering and market review

• Team player with the ability to work across departments, countries and cultures

Salary starting from: 1 350 EUR gross/month
