What you’ll achieve

Responsible for the execution of transportation and fulfillment operations to get product delivered to final customer. Ensures visibility and delivery/return of products within the supply chain. Partners with and manages Fulfillment & Logistics providers in getting products to and from customers including cost, velocity and quality.

You Will:

• Responsible for carrier selection, order routing and lead-time maintenance and responsible for exception management including expedites, order prioritization and delivery escalation

• Identifies opportunities to improve the supply chain, assists with escalation resolution, and leads the day-to-day operational aspects of transportation and fulfillment operations and implements and executes process change.

• Analyzes the logistical resources required to effectively and efficiently flow products through the supply chain

• Manages Fulfillment & Logistics provider’s service levels and KPI’s

• Accountable for the backlog and capacity management of the fulfillment locations

Essential Requirements

• Logistics and Supply Chain Management: Understanding of logistics processes, supply chain management, and inventory control.

• Inbound and Outbound Logistics: Knowledge of inbound logistics (procurement, receiving, and warehousing) and outbound logistics (order fulfillment, distribution, and shipping).

• Optimization Techniques: Experience with optimization techniques for route planning, demand forecasting, and resource allocation.

• Relevant Work Experience: Typically, 3-5 years of experience in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Project Management: Experience in managing AI or logistics projects, including planning, execution, and monitoring.

Desirable Requirements

• Degree: A bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, data science, logistics, supply chain management, or a related field.

• Certifications: Relevant certifications in AI, machine learning, or logistics can be advantageous.
