Responsible for a set of products and services, they get to know their portfolio inside and out. Our Inside Sales teams rely on them for technical consultation during the sales process. They directly advise customers on everything from product features and configurations through to pricing and availability. Crucially, however complex the question, they’re ready to deliver technical solutions to meet customers’ needs via phone, chat, web or email.

What you'll achieve
As an Inside Product Specialist II, you will be responsible for acquiring new customers and evolve our client relationships, you will spend your time working with a team of Field and Inside Sales Specialists identifying strategic, meaningful sales campaigns and uncovering new opportunities.
You will:
-Provides product or BU specific expertise May own account sets and/ or be called into accounts as opportunities are identified
-Identifies customer needs/ requirements, and recommends the appropriate products and solution

Essential Requirements
- 2+ years Experts.
-Demonstrates sales capability by building strategic selling skills, executing business plans to enhance customer and Dell success, and consistently achieving strong attainment results
-Developing ability to provide total solutions working across segments to achieve results.
-Promotes and positions key strategic product and service offerings.
-Maintains relationships at leadership and departmental levels to lead to new business opportunities
Desirable Requirements
-Organizes internal/external resources in response to, and in anticipation of customer needs.
-Utilizes strategic probing to identify, evaluate, and recommend alternative technology solutions.
Compensation
Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The Total Target Compensation range for this position is $76,160 - $98,560 CAD, which includes base salary and commissions.
