Inside Sales Account Executive

Our team is responsible for selling ground-breaking products by building relationships with customers using both the telephone and email as communication methods. Our Inside Sales Account Manager team ensures every customer interaction is exceptional and tailored to meet the customer.

You will:

  • Sells Dell Technologies products and services to customers from Small and Medium Business or partners and is responsible for ensuring a positive customer/partner experience. Has ownership of own quota.

  • Focuses on maintaining and expanding business relationships/market share with existing and new customers.

  • Cooperates and collaborates with colleagues cross-functionally, to support the sales process.

  • Stays abreast of current industry trends and how Dell Technologies customers/partners are being impacted to help solve specific market challenges in targeted industries.

Essential Requirements

  • University degree and 2+ years of relevant experience.

  • Knowledge of applicable technology, products, and services and ability to identify how these products and services align to customer/partner needs.

  • Ability to create/execute an action plan to make unsolicited contact with targeted people to capture interest for further discussion.

  • Ability to select and execute effective sales strategies and tactics in a differentiated manner to win the business.

  • Advanced level of English and Polish languages - both verbal and written.


Desirable Requirements

  • Results-driven with strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Ability to influence others and problem-solving skills.
