The Global Remote Delivery Team (EUC) operates in the Application Services and Infrastructure Migration space with the delivery teams spread across Bangalore, Hyderabad & Malaysia.  Working at the cutting edge, we design and develop Application Packages, ensure compatibility with all the latest releases of Microsoft Windows (Client and Server) OS and assist customers in the consolidation and migration of their Infrastructure environments. 

What you’ll achieve

As a Solutions Architecture Engineer 2 you will be responsible for working on the Application Packaging and Infrastructure Services Projects, assisting with creation of packages on MSI, App-V, ThinApp, MSIX as well as assist with any of the Infrastructure Migrations.

You will:

• Designs and Packages Complex application packages (MSI, App-V, MSIX, PSADT), SCCM\MECM\Intune support and management
• Assists other packaging Engineers & Analysts with complex problems
• Under the direction the Project Lead\Tech Lead takes up assigned tasks, such as config, customization, migration, Incident and Request resolutions on SCCM, Intune, M365 etc.
• Conducts Training & Mentoring, Assists with Technical Interviews
• Write corporate workflows for Quality Check Procedures, identifies areas of Process improvement and assists with Org level initiatives.

Essential Requirements

• 4-6 years of related professional experience, expertise on Windows Client Operating Systems (Windows 10, Windows 11) & Server OS
• Understanding of Active Directory and Entra (Roles, Groups, Access, DNS etc.)
• Good Understanding & experience with of SCCM, Intune Concepts.
• Understanding of Azure Infrastructure, good Scripting Knowledge (PowerShell)
• Expertise on Windows Installer Technologies & App Virtualization Technologies

Desirable Requirements

• Understanding of Messaging, Active Directory, SharePoint, OneDrive and other Productivity & Collaborative platforms.
• MSCE or similar certifications
