What you’ll achieve

As a Fusion Center Specialist, you will provide security support and protect Dell assets by identifying, analyzing, and responding to security incidents that could impact team members, travelers, facilities, assets and Dell's brand. You will collaborate with our global human resource team, regional security teams, cyber response teams, and supply chain partners to intake and triage incidents impacting Dell Technologies operations. 

You will:

• Respond to safety and security incidents by analyzing and dispatching/assigning response teams to mitigate potential threats
• Provide 24/7 monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities, team members, and other assets and respond accordingly to incidents
• Actively monitor global security threats that have the potential to impact Dell travel hubs and individual travelers
• Receive, evaluate and disseminate incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties and local agencies

Essential Requirements

• Experience within a fusion or virtual command center (government or corporate) receiving, analyzing and dispatching response teams relating to safety and security incidents
• Capable of providing 24/7 monitoring of Dell Technologies facilities, team members, and other assets; Initial schedule is Monday through Friday 6:00 am-2:00 pm onsite in our Round Rock facility with potential to work flexible and rotating shifts to include weekends and holidays
• Experience monitoring global security threats that could impact travel hubs
• Basic understanding of receiving, and disseminating incoming information and reports from security personnel, employees, contingent workers, suppliers, reporting parties and local agencies.

Desirable Requirements

• College degree preferred but not required

Compensation

Dell is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. The salary range for this position is $46,495 - $60,170.
