You will be part of the strategy team with high visibility within Dell’s executive leadership team. Work is typically organized around project-based engagements, and you will be working with talents from various backgrounds, including but not limited to management consultants, research analysts, and investment bankers.

The team is a branch of Strategy Business Development that drives organizational optimization and digitalization. We collaborate with internal business partners to shape the future of the supply chain operation by assessing current processes, identifying risks and opportunities, and designing the ideal future state. Our team provides valuable insights that connect various operation entities including planning, procurement, logistics, and finance to maximize efficiency and ensure Dell's supply chain is prepared for the future.
What you’ll achieve
You Will
Collaborate with Dell's supply chain leadership to achieve strategic digitalization objectives
Gather process details through stakeholder interviews and derive insights to inform future supply chain design
Build and maintain relationships with internal stakeholders through meetings and interviews to establish trust and strengthen bonds
Cultivate cross-functional relationships and serve as a program manager for medium-scale initiatives
Create communications and presentations as part of strategy projects deliverables. Assist leadership in preparing materials for important executive meetings

Essential Requirements
Hold active student identity and can fully attend the internship between 2025/6/24 to 2025/8/15
Students who enroll in Master’s degree program in Business related (International Business, Supply Chain, Business Administration/Management, Finance etc.) fields and will graduate in 2025/2026
Excellent project management skills, with the ability to connect dots, prioritize effectively, and demonstrate a methodical and logical thought process
Proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel, along with the ability to use market research databases and industry reports, and leverage networks for intelligence
Proficiency in both written executive summaries and verbal presentations in English and Mandarin, with the ability to work effectively across different time zones
Desirable Requirements
Previous success in building relationships, influencing stakeholders, and effectively communicating with various parties
Experience as an intern from a management consulting firm or in-house strategy team
