What you’ll achieve
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated EMEA Inbound/Outbound Planning Logistics professional to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and optimizing the logistics planning processes for inbound and outbound orders across the EMEA region, enhancing efficiency and accuracy.
You will:
- Develop and implement strategies for inbound and outbound logistics planning.
- Coordinate with suppliers, carriers, and internal teams to ensure timely and cost-effective transportation of goods.
- Analyse logistics data, forecast demand, and optimize inventory levels.
- Monitor and improve logistics performance metrics, including delivery times, costs, and service levels.
- Manage and resolve any logistics-related issues or disruptions.
- Collaborate with IT teams to integrate and enhance technology specifications and solutions within the logistics processes.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards.
- Prepare and present regular reports on logistics performance and initiatives.

Essential Requirements
- Previous logistics experience focusing on the movement of high-end product that’s requires white glove service.
- Proven experience in logistics planning and management, preferably within the EMEA region.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills and proficiency in logistics software.
- Strong project management and cross functional working experience.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Desirable Requirements
- Bachelor’s/ Masters degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Certification in Supply Chain Management or Logistics.
