What you’ll achieve

As a Senior Principal Software Engineer, you will have the opportunity to architect state-of-the-art automation solutions specifically for testing, alongside API and Cobot solutions. Your role will be pivotal in advancing AI throughout its lifecycle by leading the development of these solutions and ensuring they are ready for release. You will gather and implement best practices across various automation solution portfolios and business sectors. Additionally, you will work closely with your team, offering mentorship and guidance in the design and development of these automation solutions.

You may not be familiar with artificial intelligence. Still, if you possess abundant programming skills and have passion and curiosity in AI area, you may be the one who could work with us to grow together.

You will:

• Successful deployment of automation solution and systems that significantly improve test efficiency or product quality.
• Development of innovative algorithms or models that advance the state-of-the-art in Automation and AI technology.
• Integration of AI solutions into existing workflows or platforms, enabling automation to automate routine tasks and data-driven decision-making.
• Collaboration on interdisciplinary projects that leverage AI techniques to solve complex problems in fields.
• Leadership in guiding teams through the entire lifecycle of Automation solution and innovation projects, from conception to deployment and maintenance.

Essential Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with excellent knowledge of architecture of automation solutions and AI techniques.
• Excellent knowledge and application of engineering concepts along with effective problem-solving ability
• Strong skills of programming languages; Python, C#, C++ or similar .
• Familiarity with cloud computing platforms such as AWS, Azure. Experience with data preprocessing, feature engineering, and AI model deployment.
• Ability to manage, motivate, and direct a cross-functional workgroup; and drive successful negotiations. Solid interpersonal and presentation skills.

Desirable Requirements

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science or related field.
• Have LLM/AI/ML/ AI Algorithm / Data Science skills/experiences.
